Stanley-Whitman House is fully open, inside and outside. Masks and physical distancing are required of everyone indoors regardless of vaccination status for the safety of our visitors, volunteers, and staff.
Hours: Wednesday - Saturday 10:00 - 5:00pm and by appointment. Last tour leaves at 4:00 pm. Please note: tours for groups larger than 5 must be pre-arranged.
We are closed on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, Good Friday, Easter, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Indigenous Peoples Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Children under age 6 - Free
We are a Blue Star Museum and offer free admission for active duty military families from Armed Forces Day through Labor Day.
We are also participating in Connecticut Summer at the Museum - free admission for
Connecticut children age 18 and under + one accompanying adult, July 1 through Labor Day.

The museum has a small parking lot off the main museum entrance with street parking available on the opposite side of High Street from the museum.
Public restrooms and seasonal picnic facilities available.
Stanley-Whitman House Education Center is fully accessible. The first floor of the 1720 Historic House is wheelchair accessible.
